Diffusion silicon pressure transmitter adopts imported high-precision, high-stability pressure-sensitive chip. The sensitive chip adopts an advanced micro-machine etching process, and forms a Wheatstone bridge by diffusing four high-precision resistors on the silicon wafer. Due to the piezoresistive effect, the resistance values of the four bridge arm resistors change, the bridge is unbalanced, and the sensitive element outputs an electrical signal corresponding to the pressure change. The output electrical signal is compensated by amplification and nonlinear correction circuit to generate voltage and current signals that are linearly corresponding to the input pressure.
